I penned this one starry night in camp. Haha.

Chapter 1.
Here I am lying on this narrow bed, in darkness. To my left is the cemetery, my right would be my buddy. He has been with me for more than half a year now. The unmanned air vehicle(UAV) is still making its noisy and irritating flights around the area. The heat is seeping into my body. I can't help but think back on my journey so far. Who would expected such a year? Not even me. So many things happened, affecting in every way imaginable. I can't even recognise myself now. Did NS really change me that much?Or is it a natural process of growing up?

Chapter 2.
Oh, what a way to grow up then. Through so many trials and tribulations. I feel extremely vexed that I didn't capture mylife-changing moments on film. How I wish I was as enthusiastic about taking photos in SISPEC as I am now. although I was still a lowly private then, it represented my proudest moment. Never did I imagine myslf performing the way I did. I put my heart and soul into it. I earned it.

Chapter 3.
The songs just keep playing from my music player. I feel I am in another world now. I am looking at myself in the past year through a crystal ball. I just realised I am smiling. Seriously, I couldn't ask for more. It is the best I can ever get out of everything. I feel more satisfied that getting good grades in school. I feel a greater sense of pride than I ever did in school. It was a mountain for me, and I conquered it. Well, almost. Soon.

Chapter 4.
The end of this month marks the end of my training. It really is long. Whatever it is, this period of time will stay with me forever. It is to serve as a reminder that no target is ever too difficult to achieve. When I look into the future, I can only see joy and success. All taught to me by my personal experiences, my personal experiences.

Chapter 5.
All is quiet now. Not a single sound except the sound of the fan turning. Everyone is asleep. Time for me to sleep too.
