Never Stop Dreaming

I didn't stump the interviewers today, but I did shock them. I don't know if my views were nonsense or they were simply good. Actually, it was the first time I thought about those issues they brought up. As expected, the interview focused on real life issues, stuff which I don't usually dwell deep into. Just like last year's topic on the school motto. They asked and I have to give a quick, intelligent and original answer fluently. It is more challenge considering how 'green' I am in the topic.

Well, today's topic was on Temasek Holdings and Shin Corp. The question was coming from a corporate lawyer's point of view. The first time the question came, I sort of expected it, but I wasn't clear about what he actually meant. He had a weird accent, something like Hong Kong accent. I asked him to repeat, whole buying extra time to think about it. As I said, it was the first time I actually thought about that issue. When I started answering, I didn't stop. I tried very hard to contain my nerves and maintain a clear head. Once I hesitated, I knew it would be over. Sometimes, I had to cover up my ass by saying the wrong thing. I don't know if they found my comments absurd but, come to think of it, I am actually satisfied with what I said. *pat pat*
The surprised look on that guy's face did amuse me.

I have to go for the written test tomorrow morning. I find it redundant. I already sat for it last year. I am quite sure tomorrow's test would be on law and not the double degree. *sigh*
It costs me a soccer match and gathering with my JC class. ArGhh!!!
