This is my paradise. My kind of a relaxing holiday.

The beach was beautiful. So the moment we reached our rooms, we threw everything down and got changed. First up was kayaking. The fun part was not the kayaking, it was capsizing the kayaks. There was once they left me alone with my kayak overturned, without any paddles. But I tell you, the water is heavenly. I could just float in it the whole day, all the way back to shore.

After frisbeeing, soccering and water balling (we just played some ball games in the sea), we trooped to the seaside bar to have a drink. Typical of a beach holiday. Enjoy the breeze, let the muscles rest and allow the alcohol to take control. That's my favourite photo up there. HAHA!
I think we went back to wash up and rest after that. They have mediacorp channels there. Nice! Dinner was out of the resort, under the starry starry sky.

In that sort of atmosphere, I thought a couple of songs would be perfect. Like a dream come true, a group of locals started singing. Right behind me! It was not only good, they played the kind of songs I liked. What a perfect night! On the way back in the 6-seater, I gazed out. Because there were no street lamps and there were no vehicles behind us, the stars seemed exceptionally bright and many, in the clear night sky. OOH!
It was a night of drinking after that. We played drinking as forfeit games. No photos. Everyone was too drunk to snap. I was the only sober one to take a couple of videos. There was 1 guy who kept vommitting. 1 couple was giggling at the other who were unusually engrossed in the tv programme. Were they drunk? Only they know. I thought they were drunk.
We tried the all-terrain vehicle (ATV) the next morning. It was raining then and the dirt tracks were muddy. YAY! I had a mini-accident with JW while negotiating a left turn. Apparently I drove over a root at high speed and veered off the track down a short slope and crashed into a fence, creating a small hole in it. Jw had a small bruise. Poor boy. I was good as new. It is always the case. The driver in an accident is the one who always escapes while the passenger suffers for it. Heh heh. This was the most exciting and fun activity. Wasn't cheap though.

6 dirty but fired up people then proceded to the beach to 'wash up'.

Please don't complain to the management about what I'm going to tell you next. After beaching, we rinsed ourselves with the swimming pool shower before jumping into the pool. No one saw us and we didn't care.

Shuwen is always swaying away from me.
We went to eat seafood at night. Not bad. But very nice place. I forgot to snap the food!

Karaoke was next. All old songs. EVEN I think its old. Can you imagine??

We were about to go back when we saw something very interesting.

5 of us were stuck in the first 8 squares for at least half an hour. We were either kicking each other out, or we landed on the 8th square which said 'Go back to Start".

We did go-karting on the 3rd and final day. In the rain AGAIN. Hahaha! That was fun too.
Group photo.

Thanks for the great holiday! I enjoyed it so much.
